The benefits of Rocky Road depends entirely on the quality of the chocolate used. From there you can add whatever you like, but start with average chocolate, you get average Rocky Road.

This Rocky Road starts with premium dark chocolate. Dark chocolate has so many benefits we could practically call this health food. One website* (*so it must be true) even suggested that dark chocolate may protect your skin from the sun. It is unclear if you are required to eat it or smear it on your nose to achieve this benefit...
